I was leary about the "magic" of castor oil packs. I've been going through some health challenges and finally caved in an effort to help my liver. After sporadically using a few times I got consistent and that is when I noticed a dramatic change in my insomnia. I started sleeping through the night. Waking up feeling so much better.
